The large real estate brokerage, where he had worked as a real estate agent/broker, closed its doors in 2006. Since, the real estate industry was in turmoil, Neal decided to open up a property management brokerage in Honolulu, HI.

After having some initial success running a 14 unit apartment building, Neal decided that property management was the business for him. Through hard work and his years of experience in the real estate business, the business took off.
